I suggest either Sony 7,8 or 9.
Some tutorials on youtube will do you good aswell, play a bit around with transitions and sht.

i Use Sony Vegas 9.0 but i like 10 somewhat.
And I Was gonna get into Adobe After Effects(Sexy stuffs :3)
But my pc is such crap it won't even run it LOL.
Sooo I'd say 9 if your picking from 8.0 or 9.0
and if you ever do need a Cs4 Adobe after effects

Go to the spam section, check the sticked (The full fraps thread) I posted up Sony Vegas Pro V9.0b 32-bit free. :P Altho it does require some work on your half (Download, Open the other file, Click patch, select the folder which you installed Sony Vegas, run sony vegas, put in serial key, ...a couple windows later... Click "From another computer" option, ... a few windows later... enter Authorization code.)
