Tbh, he needs to stop editing his text. It ruins the signature as a whole. Other then that, tone down the amount of 'focal points' It's really distracting. Henceforth ruining the signature as a whole... again.

A lot better then the shiznit I could do when I was playing with the text too much.

Only thing I can say that would help you, use short simply and to the point text. Have ONLY 1 FOCAL POINT. And Read some more tutorials. :)<3
