Well, Yoshino, If there was a motion effect in there, why would the one side just stay still? So, I took the whole BG, as being still.

Gah I fail at explaining it to you. So, here it is in a less confusing way.

The BG blends with the BG which in some parts blending with the render and then the render blends with parts of the BG.
