What is a ban log?
Well, a ban log is actually a "log" filled in by an staff member from the player he banned.
Example:

Player name : Hope

Staff name: G_man

Reason of ban: Hope hacked in a TDM, used lawnmower and godmode.

Proof:

This is pretty usefull, 'Cause players can see why they are banned.
You can also add a "Appeal a ban" section.

Why an appeal a ban section?
Well, this is easy.
A person can be banned without a reason.
Or even without any proof.
Example: A player is banned and cant acces his account.
He goes online at the forums and see why he's banned.
He cant sees a log from him being banned.
He's gonna read it, and sees there isn't any proof, and he didnt even hack.
He may fill in a form to appeal his ban, to get unbanned.
Example:

Hello staffmember,

I started the game, and couldn't log in, so I went online at the forums, and saw my bann log.
But, there's something wrong, because there isn't any proof, and I didn't even hack.
I hope you guys can sort this out, and hopefully i can be unbanned,

You can also appologize at the appeal a ban section for something you did, depending on the punishment you've been given.
Example, your banned from events 'cause you attacked a GM.
You can apologize and promise you wont do it again, if he actually does, he can be banned from events forever.
