The entry title pretty much explains a lot of it. Conflicts will always happen, and when they do you need to work them out. Simple quitting will not usually work.
For specific reasons, I will post a list of rules ALL staff have to follow. 1] Staff weapons are not to be used OPEN/non-staff games.
2] Staff weapons are only to be used in closed staff games OR events.
3] Random IP bans or any other type of ban are strictly FORBIDDEN. Even if it is just a joke.
4] LEVELING down an innocent person will result in a 3-day ban.
5] Cursing is not forbidden, but it is important that you keep your cursing down to a minimum. And no, "HELL" is not cursing.
6] All staff members MUST listen to instructions given out by owners.
7] Giving out item IDs will result in a 7-day ban. Another offence will cost you a permanant ban.
8] Hacking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
