What i suggest is. Grab a new interface.
Grab a new dev.
Grab a new Loading screen pack (Included in the interface part.)
Grab more staff.
Un-Grab some staff =).
I duno why im even suggesting this.

Soz for the bad news but.. It does =\.
Not caring bout the current number of players. be a smartass and care bout the number of players there will be if u change ur interface into sumthing better. And also getting better staff who don't get reports on them every once in a while yet they got chosen cuz they were "an awesome player".
I dont kno if u guys would bother think bout recruiting any i reccommend, But i will reccomend them.
Lucien: Cool, Not short tempered unless with people who push thier lmit =). And can develop an interface if he was taught.
Hope: He's getting there. And also, he is a great person in-game who actually spends his time running in every room to see if theres bitch hackers screwing up ur Server.
Thats all. Woulda recomender Maxine too, but he's got a trial already.

If dev, Then he can make us a new forum banner and interface =). And some items and map edits.
If GM, Then he can juss Clean the community off hackers, gives u one extra digit on the GM part above. But its still a bad digit. Saying u got 44 record. means u need bout 10 GM's on line at all times to manage at all times diffrently. Like shifts.
If a left over, then simply kick em n leave chance for others.
