Well, I have to agree with Brandon. Just about anyone who's in events, will get there exp DRAMATICALLY increased.
I mean, lets look at LMS for instance.
Let's say we got 3 Gms on, and they host LMS.
Say, 24 players joined.
Since it's 3 pts to win, and most of the time, more then like 3-4 people, get at least 1 point, and like 2 people get 2 points, and finally we have our winner.
so, our 3-4 people give 4 rounds, our 2 people at 2 gives us another 4 rounds, and the winner is another 3 rounds(I fixed this example to be 11).
Let's say our GM's get an Average of 8 kills each, per round. That's 88 kills for that event alone. That's a little over 3 mill exp per event. Decode has been staff for about 5 weeks. There's probably been 50 events in that time frame. And, so that 50 events X 3 mill exp, becomes 150 mill flat.
Just in-case anyone is wondering, that's almost as much exp as I had for about 74 levels. 9Currently, I have 186 mill or so) Also, that 150 mill is about 7.1% of his total.
Not to mention, all the 99's is, or was staff.
Not trying to bash on anyone, it's just straight facts.
EDIT: Since the daily average of events is 2, 7 days a week is 14, and 5 weeks is 80(I only calculated 50)
So he got alot more exp then 150 mill. PS, I forgot to Grat you, so Grats.
