| I think I like the 1st version better than the second. Reason: the 2nd version's glow doesn't look as bright as the first one, but that's mainly because of the white background off the edges. 1st one just fits nicer. Oh, and I like everything else, but like dennis said, the border is a bit too thick for me as well. But, I think you should've gone for a more glassy type of border, instead of a white one, would've been perfect for a sig like this

You don't want to cover a whole lot of your sig with the border, you just want a small portion so you just have a frame. That's the only real purpose for a border, and a 1pxl border makes a frame well. But i really think you made a horrible border for his sig, white was a bad colour choice. You should've made it a glassy border, that would've looked much nicer :P.
