And then there's Rico, Idk his time zone ( Egypt ) But I think he's like GMT +2 or so.

My suggestion : Hire 1 or 2 EU people.

Then about inactiveness.(complain)
I don't wanna bring up bullshit but.. Remp's only active in weekends I guess? ManyBlackppl is dev so he don't has to be active in game, gabe is always at school when I log off ( no offence just time difference ) and Keez is dev too, so not really active in game.
Then there's Yoshino/mark who is sick aswell as splash so inactive too. Fancy left so he's not active too, paul is deving wich is a very good job but also inactiveness in game.

That's leaving me with one staff member: Rico, he's dev but active in game.
Then remp is on in weekends, paul is sometimes on, gabe is active at his time zones. But at EU time's there's or none, or one staff member online.

So, Just hire some EU staff whom are very active.
These will be able to bann/disconnect people at EU times.
